Based in the small coastal mining community of Waihi, Alitech Window Systems was founded in 2005 by Mark Ryan - one of the most experienced and respected joinery manufacturers in New Zealand.
Alitech Window Systems expertise is second to none – not only has owner Mark Ryan been in the industry for 45 years, his father before him, Keith Ryan, owned a window and door manufacturing company originally established in 1977. The family culture is evident with both of Mark’s sons, Hamish and Adam, working in and on the business. Aluminium joinery is in our blood!

Alitech are market leaders in the New Zealand fabrication industry. Not only do we manufacture products for homeowners, developers and builders, our knowledge and experience combined with our factory capabilities, allow us to also produce product for other joinery companies throughout New Zealand.
Alitech Window Systems have 2 specialist factories, one making quality Altherm residential joinery for the competitive housing and replacement window market, while the other makes specialised APL Architectural Series and bespoke joinery.
We have collectively won numerous industry awards, but this does not mean we are expensive! Two factories equal great buying power and as one of the biggest manufacturers in NZ, we ensure our clients get a high quality product at a very competitive price.
